Random Doctor Who Picture  

I was interested to read in DWM's tribute to Deborah Watling that she'd disliked this outfit thinking it made her look ugly. I always liked it. It's considerably more practical than other costumes she got, and hints at the character's victorian background. It's also quite feminine so feels like the sort of clothes Victoria would have chosen to wear on a Welsh hillside in the Himalayas.

Funny thing is her skirts weren't even that short in general.

Yeah, it's a wierd one to object to. I don't think she had any terrible costumes, but I'd say some of the dresses were a lot less interesting and a little on the shapeless side.
