Moogly CAL Blanket 2017

Having enjoyed the Moogle crochet-along so much in 2016, I did it again in 2017 (only this time actually starting in January along with everyone else). The final blanket produced just in time for the 2018 one to begin!

That looks delightfully warm, and also you have to just look at it for a while to try to work out which is the best square. I think my favourite might be the flower on the right second from the bottom.

Yes, I like that one! B. prefers the more non-standard ones like the heart and the beach ball.

Oh my!! Do you know, I had no idea the squares were so big!
It's wonderful, nice work!!
I did try crochet when I was off, but I'm afriad I couldn't find the right stitches to pick uo and it all went quite badly, haha. So I'll stick to knitting and enjoy looking at your crochet instead :D

Yes! It came as a surprise when I made my first one back in 2016 - I suppose because the traditional "Granny Square" is about half that size.

Ah! That's probably where my brain referenced it! Well, a bit less making up to be done, so that's good! Also, as you posted each square, I did wonder how many it would take, lol!! 24 is still pretty amazing.
